The Navajo Nation’s Division of Community Development seeks a qualified HVAC contractor to remove existing equipment and install a new split‑system HVAC unit at the Rock Point Chapter House. The contract is a small‑project construction award with a 365‑day performance window and a mandatory site‑visit prior to bidding. Proposals must be submitted in hard‑copy by early October, include required bonds, insurance, and Navajo certifications, and meet a 30‑day start requirement after award.
• Scope includes removal of existing furnace, indoor coil, condenser, and related components, followed by supply and installation of a new furnace, evaporator coil, outdoor condenser, refrigerant lines, thermostat, and associated controls.
