The Gulf Coast Center is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) software solution. The selected vendor will provide a fully integrated HR software platform that includes human resources management, payroll administration, benefits administration, recruitment and applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management, time and attendance, employee self-service, reporting and analytics, compliance support, system implementation, training, data migration, technical support, and ongoing maintenance services. The proposal should include a company overview, experience in providing HR and payroll solutions, and a description of the proposed system and its features.
