Beyond Trust Privileged Access Management

The North Carolina Department of Revenue is seeking a turnkey BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution, implementation services, and training. The solution must provide secure jump/bastion capabilities, support for cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployment, and demonstrate compliance with technical specifications such as sizing and performance, integration, encryption, and audit and compliance. The vendor will be responsible for deploying and configuring the PAM platform, integrating identity and authentication, enabling secure access, and providing administrator training and knowledge transfer. • The PAM solution must provide privileged remote access, training for administrators, and support for cloud, on-premises, or hybrid deployment. • The solution must demonstrate compliance with technical specifications such as sizing and performance, integration, encryption, and audit and compliance. • The vendor will be responsible for deploying and configuring the PAM platform, integrating identity and authentication, enabling secure access, and providing administrator training and knowledge transfer. • The vendor must provide a minimum of one eight-hour remote administrator course and two four-hour end-user remote training sessions. • The vendor must provide artifact deliverables, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, runbooks, and system configuration exports.
