Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to produce 6,000 pads of Virtual Health Resource Center (VHRC) branded sticky notes. The notes should have 25 sheets per pad, with a trim size of 3 x 3 inches, and be printed in four-color process. The contractor must provide a press quality PDF soft proof for content review and ensure that the final product meets the specified quality standards.
• The contractor is responsible for picking up furnished materials and returning them to the USGPO Pueblo Distribution Center.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of selection of random copies using GPO Form 917.
• The contractor must follow the attached PDF "Pueblo Packing and Pallet Instructions" for packing and shipping the products.
