Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking quotations for the production of 4,000 catalog envelopes with digital deliverables. The envelopes must be 10 x 13" in size, with a center seam and self-sealing flap, and printed with type, rules, line matter, and detailed departmental logos in four-color process. The contractor must provide a press quality PDF soft proof for content only, and the final printed product must meet Quality Level III standards. The contractor is also responsible for creating or altering necessary trapping, setting proper screen angles and screen frequency, and defining file output selection for the imaging device being utilized.
• The contractor must provide mandatory W-9 form before payment.
• The contractor must register in GPO Publish to ensure no interruption in ability to receive and perform work with GPO.
• The contractor must notify the ordering agency on the same day that the product ships/delivers via email.
• The contractor must provide a copy of the Government furnished certificate (GPO Form 917) with the voucher sent to GPO for payment.
• The contractor must deliver 4,000 envelopes, including 80 Departmental Random "Blue Label" Copies, via traceable means to the specified address.
• The contractor must deliver one set of digital deliverables of the final, approved artwork for both items via email.
