Janitorial Services for Roberts State Office Building

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Roberts State Office Building. The contract period is for one year, and the vendor must provide services for the total cleanable square feet of the building. The vendor must also provide a quality assurance plan, personnel plan, and equipment to perform the services. The vendor must have a minimum of two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 63,956 square feet. • The vendor must provide daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks as specified in the RFP. • The vendor must provide a Day Porter/Matron, Working Supervisor/Contractor Contact Person, and Floor Care Specialist. • The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and products to perform the services. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The vendor must provide a certification regarding boycotts of goods or services from the State of Israel. • The vendor must provide information regarding services performed outside the United States. • The vendor must comply with conflict of interest laws and regulations.
