Description
The Department of Developmental Services is seeking a contractor to provide portable on-site radiology services, including X-rays, ultrasounds, and Doppler studies, to clients at Canyon Springs. The contractor must have a licensed and qualified radiologist to interpret all studies and provide written reports of findings. The contractor must also provide 24-hour on-call services, seven days a week, including holidays. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing on-site portable radiographic studies
* Interpreting all studies and providing written reports of findings
* Providing 24-hour on-call services
* Billing Medi-Cal and/or Medicare for services provided
* Providing all equipment/supplies necessary to perform services
* Responding to STAT calls within 3-4 hours, ASAP calls within 4-5 hours, and "today" calls on the same day
* Preparing and mailing written reports of findings to the Canyon Springs Contract Manager
