Description
Jefferson County, Missouri is seeking a court reporter services provider to attend hearings and prepare verbatim transcripts of those hearings. The selected provider will be required to attend hearings and provide hard copy and media transcriptions of hearings in an accurate and timely manner. The contract term is one year with a one-year renewal option. The provider must employ sufficient qualified personnel to ensure attendance at required hearings and ability to provide transcripts within the required timeframe.
• The provider must attend hearings on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM.
• The provider must prepare verbatim transcripts of hearings and deliver them in electronic form within three business days.
• The provider must provide a list of all certified court reporters anticipated to provide services under this proposal.
• The provider must include a detail of fees per service, including attendance fee, charge for disk/electronic media, charge per page for completed transcripts, and price list for additional services.
