Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price vendor to completely upgrade the audio and speaker system in the 100th Maintenance Squadron hangar at RAF Mildenhall. The scope includes supplying, installing, and testing a new hangar‑wide speaker system that meets the characteristics outlined in Attachment 1, delivering all required technical documentation, and complying with Air Force installation access requirements. The contract will be awarded on a best‑value basis after receipt of quotes by the deadline. Vendors must have an active SAM registration and provide CAGE/NCAGE codes. No funds are currently available; award will occur once funding is secured.
• Replace existing hangar audio system with new 100 MXG‑specified speakers.
• Provide all hardware, wiring, mounting hardware, and related accessories.
• Perform installation, integration, and functional testing on‑site.
• Submit a one‑page technical description (≤10 pages) and a completed Quote Sheet (Attachment 2).
• Comply with Air Force security and badge requirements for contractor personnel.
• Quotes must be firm for 30 calendar days and submitted via email to the listed POCs.
