Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to perform yearly fire alarm inspections and maintenance at the Alabama Department of Transportation, including sprinkler inspections and periodic review of fire extinguishers. Suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys and submit responses electronically through the system. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and the State reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness.
• The contract may be canceled with 30 or 72 hours' written notice for services.
• Suppliers must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The State of Alabama is exempt from paying sales tax.
• Suppliers must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract and must certify that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142.
