The State of South Carolina, on behalf of the University of South Carolina, is seeking a single vendor to deliver a fully digital, credit‑bearing experiential‑learning platform. The solution must host real‑world projects, support multiple technology tracks, integrate with existing SIS/LMS systems, meet strict security (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) standards, provide training and ongoing support, and be operational by January 1 2027. The contract is a fixed‑price five‑year agreement (3‑year base plus two optional 1‑year renewals) with an award expected on November 5 2026. Evaluation will be based on technical solution, qualifications, value, and a mandatory remote demonstration for the top three offerors.
