Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified electrical contractor to provide on‑call repair, preventive maintenance, and installation services for a wide range of Gwinnett County facilities on an annual basis, with the option to renew up to four additional one‑year terms. The work is split into two parts: Part One covers preventive‑maintenance and time‑and‑material repairs for all county departments except the Department of Water Resources (DWR); Part Two B covers only time‑and‑material repairs for DWR’s industrial‑grade facilities. The contractor must maintain a minimum staff of six licensed electricians, ten fully stocked service vehicles, and possess specialized certifications (e.g., Level I Infrared Thermography). Response times are mandated at ≤ 2 business days for non‑emergencies and ≤ 2 hours on‑site for emergencies. Detailed service reports and equipment inventories are required after each work order.
