Statewide Building Supplies Qualified Vendor's List (QVL)

The State of Missouri is seeking vendors to provide building supplies for various state agencies throughout the state. The contract will be for a period of one year, and the state reserves the right to issue additional solicitations to add more contractors subsequent to the initial award of contract(s). Vendors must comply with the requirements associated with the product category they are awarded, and must provide proof of compliance with the Domestic Product Procurement Act (Buy American) Preference. The state will evaluate quote responses based on price, including the evaluation of the Domestic Procurement Act, and any bonus points from the original RFP evaluation.
