Description
The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and on-call support services for the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Access Control System (ACS) located at the DFAS-Indianapolis, IN. The contractor will be responsible for preventative, corrective, emergency, and government-directed maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, system administration, and installation and/or removal of equipment as directed by the government. The services shall be performed in a manner that ensures system reliability, security, and continuity of operations.
• The contractor must provide maintenance and on-call support services for the CCTV, IDS, and ACS systems.

• The contractor must perform preventative, corrective, emergency, and government-directed maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, system administration, and installation and/or removal of equipment as directed by the government.
