Description
The State of South Carolina, through its Fiscal Accountability Authority, is seeking a vendor to supply, install, and service vending equipment and to operate beverage vending services on a commission basis at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy in Columbia. The award will be a Best‑Value procurement with separate lots for equipment purchase (Lot 1) and vending‑service operations (Lot 2). The contract runs for an initial one‑year term with up to four one‑year extensions, for a maximum of five years. Vendors must be registered in the South Carolina vendor system, provide detailed technical and pricing proposals, and meet insurance and debarment requirements.
