The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking expressions of interest for a lease of approximately 12,000 square feet of medical/clinical space in Providence, Rhode Island. The space must be handicapped accessible, ADA compliant, and meet various security and sustainability standards. The lease term is 20 years, with 10 years firm and 10 years soft.
