Beverage Vending Services

Vance-Granville Community College is seeking a vendor to provide traditional beverage vending machines containing a variety of beverage products at multiple campus locations. The contract will have an initial term of three years, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for providing and maintaining the vending machines, as well as providing customer service and support. The college is looking for a vendor that can provide a high level of service, a wide variety of products, and competitive pricing. Some key points to consider include: • Providing and maintaining traditional beverage vending machines at multiple campus locations • Offering a wide variety of beverage products, including healthy options • Providing customer service and support to the college and its students • Maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness to customer needs • Providing competitive pricing and commission rates • Participating in the college's HUB program and utilizing minority, women, and disabled business enterprises as subcontractors • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment and labor
