South Carolina’s Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism is seeking a qualified contractor to provide daily housekeeping and turn‑over cleaning services for multiple lodging units at Hickory Knob State Resort Park. The work includes cleaning cabins, suites, a historic house, barracks, and a large number of standard rooms, supplying all cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables while adhering to strict turnaround times (cleaning must start by 10 AM and finish by 4 PM). The contract is a fixed‑price, three‑year award with two optional one‑year extensions, and includes a 30‑day trial period before full performance commences.
