Description
The State of Hawaii, Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement is soliciting proposals for hotel lodging services. The selected vendor will be required to provide lodging for an indefinite quantity of neighbor island employees from Hawaii Island, Maui, Molokai, and Kauai. The lodging facility must be within a 25-mile radius of the Wahiawa Value-Added Product Development Center, have a 24-hour on-site certified and licensed security personnel, and provide complimentary housekeeping services. The contract will be for a period of June 15, 2026, to December 18, 2026.
Some key features of the required lodging services include:
• Lodging facility shall be within a 25-mile radius to the Wahiawa Value-Added Product Development Center
• Lodging facility shall have a 24-hour on-site certified and licensed security personnel
• Lodging facility shall provide complimentary housekeeping services
• Rooms shall be equipped with a bathroom, dresser, and enclosed closet system
• Rooms shall have an operable air conditioning system and access to fresh air outside via balcony
• Lodging facility shall have a complimentary air-conditioned fitness center and pool facility
