Description
The U.S. Embassy in Islamabad is seeking a contractor to provide catering and lodging services for official events and operational needs. The contract will be for a one-year period, with a fixed price for each service. The contractor must comply with U.S. Mission health and safety standards and provide secure lodging for locally employed staff, U.S. Direct Hire employees, and visiting U.S. Government personnel. Some key services include preparation and service of food and beverages, provision of secure lodging, and compliance with U.S. Mission standards for safety, security, and comfort.
• Catering services for events with less than 50 persons and 100+ persons
• Lodging services for single occupancy
• Compliance with U.S. Mission health and safety standards
• Secure lodging facility within a secure compound or meeting Mission security requirements
• Vendor staff managing the facility must have appropriate security clearances
