HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services

The Village Community Development Districts are seeking a qualified contractor to provide HVAC maintenance, service, and repair services for their facilities. The contractor must have a minimum of five years' experience in HVAC maintenance, service, and repair. The services will include monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual maintenance and repair of all District facilities. The contractor will be required to maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance with a limit of liability of at least $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate. The contractor will also be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or a letter from the insurance company stating required coverage is obtainable. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must have a minimum of five years' experience in HVAC maintenance, service, and repair. • The contractor must maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance with a limit of liability of at least $1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 annual aggregate. • The contractor will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or a letter from the insurance company stating required coverage is obtainable. • The contractor will be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the performance of the work, including labor, materials, equipment, and insurance. • The District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, reserve the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposal or examination process, and reserve the right to select low proposal per item.
