Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for fire and electric doors at the VA Northern California Health Care System. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual fire door inspections, routine preventive maintenance, and unscheduled corrective repairs for automatic sliding doors, electric door openers, and fire doors. The contract includes six contract line items, with a total value of up to $156,000. The contractor must have AAADM certification and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
• Annual fire door inspections and testing
• Routine preventive maintenance for automatic sliding doors and electric door openers

• Emergency callouts with a 12-hour on-site response time
• Training for VA staff on electric door maintenance and service
