Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Installations (Multiyear Contract)

The County of DeKalb, GA is seeking proposals for the design, construction, installation, and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at various county facilities. The selected proposer will be responsible for providing a turn-key installation, including all necessary equipment, labor, and materials. The contract term is expected to be 20-25 years, with the option for the county to purchase the system at the end of the term. Proposers must have experience with solar energy procurement agreements and must be able to provide financing for the project.
