Description
The Maryland Transit Administration is seeking proposals from Master Contractors for the procurement of Dell Wyse desktop, laptop, and tablet equipment. The contract is limited to Master Contractors who have been awarded a contract under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. The equipment is needed to replace end-of-life Dell Wyse 5070 model thin clients. The scope of work includes the provision of desktop, laptop, and tablet equipment, as well as installation services and manufacturer's extended warranty.
• The contract has a 5-year warranty period for the equipment.
• The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer.
• The Master Contractor must provide a cost breakdown and a screenshot of the manufacturer's suggested retail price.
• The contract has a small business reserve designation.
• The contract is subject to the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
