Notice of Intent, Maximo Subscription Support, NIST, Boulder, CO

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a new contract award for Maximo Subscription Support. The contract will have a base performance period of one year and two optional performance periods of six months each. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the continued operability of Maximo until Nuvolo is fully implemented, providing subscription and support services, performing end-to-end testing, renewing the Maximo Asset Management Support and Subscription, and ensuring compliance with NIST IT Security regulations. The key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Upgrading Maximo Asset Management software • Installing necessary ancillary software • Conducting bug fixes and addressing defects • Performing end-to-end testing • Ensuring NIST is covered under the contractor’s Concurrent User License with IBM • Ensuring compliance with NIST IT Security regulations The contractor must also comply with various IT security requirements, including ensuring Maximo meets all NIST IT Security requirements, providing support resolutions for IT Security Scan findings, and meeting NIST IT Security requirements 100% of the time.
