Description
The Idaho Division of Veterans Services is requesting quotes for bread products for the Idaho State Veterans Home in Post Falls. The contract will be for a period of one year with four optional one-year renewals. The vendor must be able to supply all the items listed in Exhibit B and provide deliveries at a minimum of twice a week. The award will be made to the responsible vendor meeting the minimum requirements with the lowest Total Cost.
• The vendor must provide an original invoice with each delivery, itemizing bread products delivered, pack size, price per pack, and total price.
• The vendor must maintain Commercial General Liability and Commercial Umbrella insurance with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence.
• The vendor must provide a pull-out rack system so that bread carts do not have to be stacked on top of each other.
• The vendor must deliver bread items in a sanitary manner and put away bread items onto shelves in designated locations.
