Description
The State of West Virginia, Department of Administration, Purchasing Division, is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for advertising services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods. The successful vendor will provide advertising services, including contract administration, account services, television production, radio production, outdoor advertising, media buys, print media, internet/world wide web, survey, analysis, evaluation, design and copy, and data acceptance and transfer.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder.
• The successful vendor must be properly registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division and must have paid the $125 fee, if applicable.
• The vendor must provide documentation and information as required by the solicitation.
• The State of West Virginia reserves the right to reject any bid and to waive minor irregularities in bids or specifications.
