Notice of Intent of Sole Source Preventative and Corrective Maintenance of the Travis AFB, California Fitness Center Access SMARTNET Control System

The US Air Force is seeking a sole source provider for preventative and corrective maintenance services for the Physical Access Control System (PACS) at the USAF Fitness Center's NOSE DOCK GYM at Travis AFB. The selected provider must have Authority to Operate (ATO) and be authorized to perform SMARTnet system maintenance. The government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order to the selected provider. Key points to consider: • The provider must be the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and hold exclusive access to the certified software baselines, technical data, and proprietary hardware required for system maintenance. • The provider must maintain continuous and active Authority to Operate (ATO) and authorize to perform SMARTnet system maintenance. • The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
