Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department is soliciting on a limited source basis to authorized resellers of Microsoft Corporation for Microsoft Unified Support Services at the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO). The contractor shall provide comprehensive Microsoft Unified Enterprise support, including Tiered, Critical Escalation Support, and Power BI Modeling and Data Architecture Support by fully qualified Microsoft Subject Matter Experts. The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price basis and contain one 12-month performance period from 29 September 2026 through 28 September 2027.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, and materials necessary for the support services
• Meeting the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
• Possessing a current facilities clearance at the SECRET LEVEL
• Being an authorized reseller of Microsoft Corporation
