RTWS Termination Diversity & Inclusion Training Support

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking a contractor to provide diversity and inclusion training support. The contractor will be responsible for providing two full-time individuals with DEIA subject matter expertise to support the agency-wide D&I Training Program. The scope of work includes program management, training development, and data analysis. The contractor will work closely with DTRA to understand the D&I Training Program requirements and policies, and to develop a holistic D&I training program. Key responsibilities include: • Providing DEIA subject matter expertise and advisory support • Assessing existing human capital products and processes to identify diversity gaps • Developing and executing training program activities and initiatives • Providing recurring and ad hoc DEIA-related and human capital data reporting and analysis • Supporting the development of a training program using a three-phased training management delivery model
