Description
The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing is seeking proposals for Centralized Collections/Disbursements Services. The purpose of this request is to provide centralized collections and disbursements services for the Department of Social Services. The contractor will be responsible for collecting and disbursing child support payments, as well as providing other related services. The contract period will be from the date of award through five years after completion of implementation and acceptance by the state agency.

• Collecting and disbursing child support payments
• Providing customer service to clients
• Working with the Department of Social Services to resolve payment processing issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of payments and disbursements
