Description
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) intends to sole source the emergency HVAC repair and services at the Memphis National Cemetery. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to perform HVAC repair at the Memphis National Cemetery Maintenance Building. All services performed by the contractor must adhere to National Shrine standards.
• The proposed period of performance is 37 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.
• The agency has determined that the need to sole source applies as Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business precludes full and open competition.
• Delay in award of the contract would/could result in serious injury, financial or other, to the Government.
