Description
The City of Dayton is seeking bids for air compressor and air dryer maintenance services. The scope of work includes performing basic services to all compressors and air dryers every three months and annually. The contractor will be required to provide a quotation for preventative maintenance costs for each listed unit and state any warranty or warranty extensions that may be applicable. The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience in the inspection, servicing, and repairing of air compressors.
• The contractor will be responsible for keeping the premises clean and orderly during the work and leaving the project free of rubbish or excess material upon completion.
• The contractor must provide a written report for each unit serviced, including the unit's serial number, the service performed, test results, and a list of parts used.
• The contractor must submit a typewritten report detailing the services performed, parts used, and test results with the request for payment.
• The City of Dayton reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in a bid, or accept the bid or bids that are in the best interest of the City.
