Vendors are expected to provide expertise across a broad spectrum of consulting domains, including business and corporate management, business intelligence, human resources, actuarial analysis, and general management advisory services. The work will be performed on a contract‑based basis, with deliverables tailored to the university’s research projects and administrative needs. • Scope includes strategic planning, data analytics, HR policy development, actuarial modeling, and other advisory services. • Open to all qualified vendors; no line‑item bidding required. • Delivery term is FOB‑Destination (vendor‑specified payment terms). • The solicitation is posted on the HuskyBuy portal; interested parties must submit proposals through that system. • No mandatory pre‑bid meeting or site visit; questions must be submitted according to the (unspecified) deadline.
