This Caltrans IFPQ seeks a certified Small Business, Micro‑Business, or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise to provide comprehensive boiler inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, testing and reporting services for three Unilux water‑tube boilers and six associated boiler pumps at the District 7 office in Los Angeles County. The contractor must hold a current C‑4 boiler contractor license, perform annual and quarterly preventive maintenance, supply parts, and submit detailed reports and certified payroll. No subcontracting is allowed, and the contract runs for three years with a maximum value of $484,000.
• Annual preventive maintenance on three water‑tube boilers (cleaning, tube‑brushing, pressure‑relief testing, combustion efficiency testing, reporting).
• Quarterly preventive maintenance on six boiler pumps (inspection, performance testing, flue‑gas analysis, reporting).
• Routine and non‑routine repair services (hourly rates) plus provision of specified boiler‑related parts with a 10 % parts allowance.
• Required certifications: C‑4 CSLB license, DIR registration, SB/DVBE certification, prevailing‑wage compliance (if bid > $15k), insurance, payment bonds for service requests > $25k, and various statutory certifications (Darfur Act, civil‑rights, non‑collusion).
