Description
The State of West Virginia, via its Department of Administration Purchasing Division, is seeking qualified contractors to replace the entire HVAC system at the Logan/Mingo Armed Forces Readiness Center in Holden, WV. The contract includes removal of the existing equipment, supply and installation of a new HVAC system, all associated labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, testing, startup, and a 12‑month maintenance/training package. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid meeting, submit questions by August 31, 2026, and deliver bids by September 8, 2026.
