WVDOH High-Visibility Uniforms

The West Virginia Division of Highways is seeking a vendor to provide high-visibility uniforms for its employees. The uniforms must meet specific standards, including ANSI Class 2 High Visibility and Enhanced Visibility. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall total cost for the contract items. The vendor must provide pricing for all contract items in all sizes. The contract is open-end and continuing, and the vendor must be able to supply the contract items for the duration of the contract. • The contract items include high-visibility shirts, jackets, pants, coveralls, and bib-overalls. • The uniforms must be made of specific materials and have specific features, such as reflective tape and logos. • The vendor must provide a sample of each contract item with their bid response. • The vendor must deliver orders within 20 calendar days for standard size items and 90 calendar days for custom size items. • The vendor must provide written acknowledgement of agency delivery orders and revisions within five calendar days.
