The State of North Dakota’s State Procurement Office is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑state courier services, including daily pickup and same‑day delivery for a variety of government sites, with occasional transport of environmental‑sample coolers and infectious‑material shipments. The contract is a cooperative purchase that can be used by other state entities, colleges, counties, cities, and tribal agencies. Service must begin by January 1 2027 and continue through December 31 2028, with two optional 24‑month extensions and one optional 12‑month extension. The vendor must have at least three years of North Dakota‑based courier experience, maintain required insurance coverage, and designate a dedicated service provider and sales representative. Payments are made monthly with invoices due July 1‑7 each fiscal year and a 45‑day payment window. Failure to meet delivery schedules incurs a 5 % penalty of the monthly contract amount.
