Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research under a new RFI (36C10B26Q0133) for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically an IT Service Management (ITSM) follow-on. The VA is seeking information from industry to inform their procurement decision. The scope of work includes the implementation of an ERP system to support the VA's IT service management needs.
