Description
The Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking a Master Contractor to provide Cisco SmartNet software and support. The contract includes three functional areas: COTS software, installation and training services, and manufacturer's software warranty/maintenance. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Cisco and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew. The contractor must also provide pricing for each item listed in the PORFP, and the prices must be valid for at least 90 days after the due date.
• The contract includes Tab A Cisco SmartNet & DNA Support, Tab B Cisco Data Center Network (DCN), and Tab C DNA subscriptions.
• The contractor must provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and contracts subject to the Additional Terms and Conditions specified in Attachment Y - Data Use Agreement.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors.
