Description
The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC maintenance services at the Leadville Water Treatment Plant in Colorado. The contract will be for a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for performing monthly and quarterly preventive maintenance tasks, as well as corrective maintenance services as needed. The contractor must have experience with HVAC maintenance and must be able to provide qualified personnel and equipment to perform the work.
• The contractor must be able to perform work at heights and in confined spaces.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed maintenance schedule and perform work in accordance with the schedule.
• The contractor must be able to respond to emergency situations and perform corrective maintenance services as needed.
• The contractor must be able to provide qualified personnel and equipment to perform the work.
• The contractor must be able to comply with all safety regulations and guidelines.
