The Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to provide preventive‑maintenance (PM) services for all DHR county facilities across the state for FY26. The work includes quarterly inspections, filter replacements, deep‑cleaning of coils, water‑treatment testing for water‑source systems, and minor repairs only; no new equipment installations are permitted. Vendors must hold Alabama HVAC, refrigeration, and master gas‑fitter licenses, possess EPA Section 608 certification, and submit detailed inspection forms, photos, and water‑treatment reports for each visit. Mandatory site‑visit sign‑ins are required at each county office before a bid can be accepted. The contract will be awarded as a Quick‑Quote purchase order, with a total ceiling of $25,000 per solicitation (per the standard Quick‑Quote boilerplate) and a five‑year maximum term with annual renewals.
