The Navajo Division of Transportation is seeking vendors to supply new water‑source HVAC heat‑pump units that meet or exceed the listed ClimateMaster and Comfort‑Aire models. The procurement is a straightforward purchase of equipment (no installation services) and will be awarded via a competitive Invitation to Bid. Vendors must submit an electronic proposal by the stated deadline, include required certifications, and comply with Navajo preference policies.
• Provide new (or equivalent refurbished) heat‑pump units ranging from 1.25 ton to 5 ton capacities.
• Must meet the specified voltage/phasing requirements (1‑Phase 265 V or 3‑Phase 460‑480 V).
• Offer pricing and technical data within a 30‑page submission (excluding cover letter and cost proposal).
• Must attach SAM registration, W‑9, Navajo debarment form, and three references.
