The State of North Dakota is seeking a qualified courier provider to perform statewide pickup and delivery services for government agencies, laboratories, correctional facilities, and health‑care entities. The contractor must handle daily (Mon‑Fri) shipments, including time‑critical specimens that must reach state labs by early morning, and must comply with DOT regulations for infectious substances.
