6515--Patient Monitoring System Software and Hardware, Durahm VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Philips North America, LLC, to provide a one-time upgrade to the current patient monitoring system at the Durham VAMC. The proposed contract action is for the upgrade of the Intelli Vue Information Center (PIC 3) patient monitoring system to the PIC 4 patient monitoring system. The contract will be for a period of less than one year. • The procurement is for preventative maintenance of OEM medical supplies and medical equipment. • No remanufacture or gray market items will be acceptable. • The vendor must be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies and equipment. • All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the medical supplies and equipment must be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.
