Description
The Maryland Transit Administration is seeking bids for Panasonic Toughbooks and associated peripherals for the MTA Light Rail Railcar Maintenance department. The required products include Panasonic Toughbook 55 laptops, 4-bay battery chargers, DVD xpaks, and standard batteries. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Panasonic and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The project requires the delivery of the products by 3/02/2026.
• The project is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for the award.
• The contractor must provide a cost breakdown and pricing for the products.
• The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Panasonic and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor if requested.
