Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking bids for the provision of bread and bakery products for HHSC State Hospitals and State Supported Living Centers. The contract will be awarded on September 1, 2026, and will run through August 31, 2027, with the possibility of renewals. The successful bidder will be required to provide a warranty and complaint resolution form, and to resolve complaints in a timely manner. The contract will also require the vendor to provide point of contact, cause and effect analysis, corrective and preventive actions taken, reimbursement (or product replacement if agreeable to HHSC), and to pay associated costs of complaint investigation.
