Non-Alcoholic Beverage Contract with Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts

The City of Lakeland is seeking a non-alcoholic beverage distributor to provide beverage services for all City facilities and events. The selected vendor will have territory exclusivity, category exclusivity, and access to City logo and marks. The vendor will provide all equipment and product, and will be required to pay a per can/drink price of between $0.25 to $0.30 per can sold monthly, as well as a $750 to $1000 sponsorship package for every year of the agreement. The vendor will also be responsible for providing marketing efforts and supporting the City's events and programs. • The City is looking for a long-term partner to provide non-alcoholic beverages to its facilities and events. • The selected vendor will have exclusivity in the City's facilities and events. • The vendor will be required to provide all equipment and product. • The vendor will be required to pay a per can/drink price of between $0.25 to $0.30 per can sold monthly. • The vendor will be required to provide a $750 to $1000 sponsorship package for every year of the agreement.
