Description
The City of Long Beach is seeking a professional consulting firm to provide human resources consulting and training services related to classification and compensation. The selected contractor will develop a modernized compensation philosophy, identify comparator agencies, align classification and compensation policies with industry standards, and provide comprehensive training to City staff. The contract will be for a period of two years with the option to renew for three additional one-year periods.
