Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide custom desktops for a special unit. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide equipment that meets the specified requirements. The contract will be awarded to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State, considering price and evaluation factors.
• The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded a contract under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract BPO # 060B5400007.
• The contractor must provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit if applicable.
• The equipment must be delivered to the Maryland Department of Information Technology.
• The contractor must provide invoicing instructions and proof of delivery.
